Viña von Siebenthal

Viña von Siebenthal

The story of Viña von Siebenthal is the story of Mauro von Siebenthal, a wine “ aficionado “ who at age 40 decided to abandon his profession as a lawyer in Switzerland in order to produce exceptional wines in the Aconcagua Valley, Chile located halfway between the Andes and the Pacific Ocean.

In 1998 he planted the first 10 hectares of vineyard in Panquehue and in 2000 built the winery styled on a typical Chilean country house design. In 2002 the first vintage took place.

Today Mauro and his son Matteo von Siebenthal own 32 hectares of vineyards in which the vines are cultivated using organic farming principles with careful respect for the environment producing 6 red wines and 1 white wine distinguishing itself as one of the most prestigious wineries in Chile.
